Consent |
Permission you give others to include you in an activity To participate in research, you must consent to certain activities and can remove that consent any time you no longer wish to participate. Often, consent requires a signature by either the patient or their legal representative and a research team member as part of an agreement about the purpose, activities, risks, and benefits of a study. This agreement is called an Informed Consent Form. |
